That is why they are chosen for the job, and whoever says that they have not fantasized at least once in their lives with being sexually intimate with one of them is probably lying to themselves, but... would you date one? and if your answer is positive, wouldn't you be jealous of his/her work? would you be worried about their and your health (both emotionally and physically)?
I could see myself dating an EX-porn star. Get the sexy without the ongoing baggage. However, I can't really see a relationship with someone still "in the biz" lasting (for me). Something short term with lots of hot sex, sure. But a real intimate relationship? Can't see it but who knows.

my first reaction would be totally but it really depends on the person I guess. I've chatted with some before and there are really 2 kinds those who love to fuck and are but have a completely bland personality and then there are those that are living their dream and are so much more than just a pretty face. The later version I'd love to date but the first one no thanks why date her if she can't keep up a decent conversation? My primary concern would be their health, both emotional/mental and physical (mainly when talking about female porn stars for the emotional and mental thing). 'Why' they are doing porn would give me a better glimpse into that kind of health. If they're doing it because their father ran out when they were little, if they were abused in the past, if they have low self esteem, etc etc...then I doubt any kind of relationship would be successful long term. But if it's just a casual fling (and if their sexual health is good) then sure why not.
